Introducing OMNS Global

A Multilingual, Searchable, AI-Enabled Global Platform for OMNS - with Certificate Training Courses

OMNS Global is OMNS for the AI age-an international, multilingual community and education platform of the Orthomolecular Medicine News Service (OMNS), with dedicated disease- and health-domain categories such as metabolic health, cardiovascular health, cancer, infections and immunity, brain and mental health, women's health, autoimmune and inflammatory conditions, digestive and gut health, hormones and endocrine health, longevity, and more.

Its purpose is to make OMNS publications easier to discover, read, discuss, study, and share globally across languages while preserving the original English publications as the authoritative source.

Orthomolecular.org remains the official home of OMNS publications and the complete OMNS archive.

OMNS Global expands this foundation with multilingual access, searchable content, reader Q&A and discussion, AI-assisted learning and discovery, news and events, international collaboration, and prominently, orthomolecular certificate training courses.

Certificate Training Courses

A major educational component of OMNS Global is the development of structured certificate training courses in orthomolecular, metabolic, integrative, and systems medicine.

These courses combine organized lessons with AI-assisted learning, examinations, and a Certificate of Completion.

Currently Available

Orthomolecular Medicine Essentials Certificate Course
A structured introduction to the foundations of orthomolecular medicine, nutrition and metabolism, vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, amino acids, mitochondrial and redox biology, inflammation, healthy aging, supplement safety, and practical orthomolecular health planning.

HDIVC Certificate Course
Professional training in high-dose intravenous vitamin C, including vitamin C pharmacology, patient screening and safety, G6PD deficiency, renal and oxalate considerations, dosing and infusion techniques, monitoring, cancer applications, and integration with other therapies.

Metabolic Health Essentials Certificate Course
A practical foundation in weight management, insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes, metabolic syndrome, nutrition, mitochondrial function, inflammation, metabolic flexibility, and systems-based approaches to metabolic health.

Additional certificate courses are being developed in areas including cardiovascular disease, cancer, women's health and hormonal balance, longevity and healthy aging, and other areas of orthomolecular and integrative medicine.

Multilingual Global Access

OMNS Global currently supports:

English, Chinese, Japanese, German, Spanish, French, Arabic, Turkish, Korean, and Portuguese.

Additional languages can be added as international interest grows.

This allows OMNS content to reach readers around the world without depending on a separate manually translated edition for every language.

Machine-assisted translations are provided for accessibility and educational use. When questions of meaning or interpretation arise, the original English OMNS publication at Orthomolecular.org remains authoritative.

OMNS Global is designed not only for reading, but for participation.

The longer-term goal is to make the historical OMNS archive increasingly accessible through OMNS Global while continuing to link back to the authoritative original publications.

Ideally, new OMNS publications will eventually flow automatically from Orthomolecular.org into OMNS Global, where they can become available for multilingual access, search, discussion, and AI-assisted discovery.

OMNS Global provides both a public educational community and the infrastructure for professional collaboration.
